Conscious Daughters

The Conscious Daughters are undisputedly one of the most prominent female rap duos in music. Most known as the Bay Area's hottest female group, the Daughters (CMG & Special One) have sold over 700,000 records worldwide. Back in 1994, they exploded n the scene with "Fonky Expedition", which officially put CMG and The Special One on the map, with their debut album, "Ear to the Street". With three singles and three videos from that project, The Conscious Daughters had finally gained national recognition. Their second effort, Gamers was released and entered the Billboard Chart with a bullet.
